[I am deeply sorry my post is so late. I caught some bad mojo and have been immobile the last two-three days. I've lost 4 lbs. No joke. I'm finally feeling better and can finish this post! So you all have a point of reference, Mamabitch appeared on Friday, the 14th.]
Here is the post you all have been waiting for.
She has returned. Unexpectedly, and ready to start fights.
Of course, Kittie didn't inform us before hand, like a good roommate would do.
Seriously, how hard is it to be courteous and inform the other people in the apartment that you're going to have a guest? Not that hard, considering we let her know when we're having friends over for a few hours. So I'm just going to make the point that if Kittie had had the decency to let us know her Mother was going to be staying over... again.. this entire chain of events I state below would have never happened.
Actually, I can't say it would never happen, cause it was bound to happen anyway. But it would have been at least mild...
So Beta and I had no warning, and had a lot of things in the living room. The tree was still up, my crochet was on one of the night tables, his drums were out, and our art things.
Beta had about a 10 second head start, though. He was outside getting something from his mom, and saw her pull up. He immediately ran into the apartment and grabbed his drum set and art and put it into our room. He then locked himself in our room so he wouldn't have to be around her, mostly because he didn't want to cause a scene or fight.
Well, that didn't work, because he went to take a shower to calm down, and when he got out he heard jingling.
He turned the corner to see that they were taking down our tree. He asked them what they were doing. I'll paraphrase since I wasn't there.
Mamabitch said something like [sarcastically] "we're being nice and taking down you're tree". To which Beta said to stop because we'd take it down, we didn't want them touching the ornaments.
Lily then chimed in say "well too bad because I'm moving in this week and I'm putting my shit here where the tree was." She's on my shit list now, just so everyone knows.
Some other stuff was said, and Beta finally cracked. [I love him.] He said to Mamabitch. "Shut the hell up."
Hell broke lose.
Mamabitch got up, went into Kittie's room (cause she wasn't helping with the tree, of course) and was going crazy saying "DID YOU HEAR WHAT HE SAID TO ME. HE TOLD ME TO SHUT THE FUCK UP."
To which Beta responded. "Actually, I said Shut the Hell up. There is a difference."
More stuff was said, but then Mamabitch threatened to Call the COPS on Beta. Beta made the point that that wouldn't work since she was a guest in his apartment, and she didn't pay rent.
All this time, Beta is texting me, cause I'm at work. I tried calling Kittie and Mamabitch when he first told me they were trying to take down our tree. I was just going to thank them for offering, but ask them to cease, and I would take down the tree when I got home, that I wanted to make sure the decorations got put away properly. But neither of them picked up, because they were screening my calls. I called for like 20 minutes straight trying to talk to one of them. Bitches.
So pretty much everyone was talking down to Beta, saying how it's all his fault that this place is a mess, accusing him of being at the house all day, (but seriously, do they expect him to pay rent and not LIVE at the apartment? And where will he go if he has no transportation to drive/bike to places?) and all sorts of other shit.
At this point, he calls his mother to come and get him out of this shit hole so he can calm down. Mom had other plans, bless her soul. Beta got into the truck, and his Mom got out, walked down to the apartment, and boy did she tell Mamabitch what was what.
Of course, Mamabitch didn't even give her the courtesy of looking at her when she was arguing with Beta's mom. She was at the desk, typing away, and would make a snide comment every so often. His mom ripped her a new one, though. She hasn't said a word to us since we got home. And I'm fine with that.
His mom dropped him off at my work so we could be together, and I found someone to cover the remainder of my shift so we could go get packing supplies. We first stopped at my best friend's house to calm down, though. She's the girl we will be moving in with come February, and I love her like my sister. She's really the best, she calmed me down, gave me soup, and listened as we ranted.
We got home and immediately started packing. All my books, the DVDs, the Games. Kittie, Lily, and Ember were all in the living room watching Oran Host Club, and I got in their way a few times on purpose. All our DVDs and games were by the TV anyways, so I had to get them first.
No one talked or said hello or anything, but after a few minutes Ember asked how work had been. I just said "it was okay." I didn't mention the fact that I had a panic attack once I found out Mamabitch was over, or that I was shaking compulsively, or that I started crying multiple times while serving customers, and had to leave early.
I just kept packing.
We took a few trips back and forth between Beta's old house and the apartment till all the boxes we had packed, around 6 of them, plus our guitars, were safely put away. It was around 1am when we went to bed. And it was freezing. Because everyone decided they'd rather freeze than pay $30 for the electricity bill. Boy will they be surprised when next months bill is still super high because it's not the heat that's racking up the bill....
I awoke Saturday morning with an ache in my throat, a common occurrence when I sleep in less that warm conditions. I shrugged it off, filled a box with the common necessities and clothing, and woke up Beta to go to my friend H's house. [I am currently sitting in the "Nerd Cave" of her and her husband's house. It's freakin' awesome. Nothing like playing Batman Arkham Asylum on a giant-ass flat screen TV with a great sound system.]
Anyways, so I drop Beta off, take the care of the dog, and run off to work. As the day progresses, I start feeling worse and worse. And by about 2pm, I call into my second job and let them know I feel like shit, and that I don't think that after working six hours at my first job, I could go another four hours working there. Turns out, that was a good call. I stopped by my parents house to get some medicine, and my mom made me take my temperature.
100.1 degrees Fahrenheit
I don't have health insurance at the moment and can't go see a doctor like I wanted, so I'm not sure what I had, but I have an assumption it was/is Strep Throat, paired with dehydration. My tonsils are swollen as well as my throat. It hurt so much to swallow, it often brought tears to my eyes. My body was combating the illness with fire and ice. At some moments, I would be so chilled that layers of clothing, 3 thick blankets, Beta, a dog, and a fireplace wouldn't heat me. Then the next moment, I was so hot that what little clothes I was wearing were soaked with sweat. This went back and forth for the last few days.
So I've missed two shifts at my second job, and I had to find a replacement for my first job for a shift I was scheduled today. I lost around... oh.... $100s worth of wages due to this illness.
As well as around 4 pounds. So I'm not complaining too much. But I'm going to be attempting to pick up a lot of slack to cover those losses. :/
Anyways. So that's the story of the last few days of my absence. I just figured out how to work the Internet over here at H's house. XD We still have all our big furniture at the Apartment, as well as our comics and most of our clothing, but we'll be getting that all out sooner rather than later.
Gods. You have no idea how badly I want to say something in front of Lily and Kittie. Like "You two make such a cute lesbian couple. I hope you're relationship goes well." Just to see what the reaction is, or maybe "Well, you got what you wanted, Kittie. Beta and I are leaving, so now your lesbian crush can move in. Make the most of it! -winkface-". And how I'd love to bitch our mamabitch. But hopefully, she'll be gone by the time we go back to the apartment.
Who knows.
I'll keep posting blogs till the end of the month, most likely, or till all our stuff is moved out, whichever comes lastly.
All my Angry (sickly) love,
Apples
Edit: Also, I just noticed that Kittie unfriended me from both Gaia and DA [but not from facebook?]. So, for those of you who are interested in taking a lookie at my arts, the link is...

Only rule is no mentioning this blog. Comprende? -wink-
HEYY I don't have anyway to follow your blog on this site, but I check it everyday!
ReplyDeleteMy heart really goes out to you, it must be killer living in all these high stress situations! I hope things look up for you, I really do....
sweet thanks :D I love your stuff. I'm gonna watch you ^^ Glass Hurricane is me.
ReplyDeleteKraai :: Thank you, that makes me feel really happy. XD Even with all this crap going down. It really helps to be able to rant, and get it all down, and out of my head.
ReplyDeleteHannar :: I'm watching you now too. :3
I feel so sad for Beta, having to deal with those verbal attacks all day, all alone.. Haha, but I gotta love his mother, standing up for her son with all the rage of a mama bear. She sounds like a great woman.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry this whole mamabitch business made you break down in public. You must have been so embarrassed.. It's nice to know that the ordeal was somewhat cut off early so you and Beta could be together and find consolence in your friend / "sister from another mister". It's the least you two deserve. No one should have to put up with that kind of shit in their own home. It isn't right.
Glad you're starting to feel a little better.
You know, stress can do just gawd awful things to a person's immune system.. I wouldn't be surprised if after you're fully out of that house and away from Kittie and her pack of lowly followers, you'll be feeling a whole lot better physically as well as emotionally.
Best of luck, Apples.
I'm off to poke through your DA. c:
Hooray for Nerd Caves! <3 <3
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you have to live with all this crazy!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad that you're getting out though!
Just one question... have you ever had Mono before?
I have never had Mono.
ReplyDeleteBut Beta has.
I have, thankfully, over come my sickness now. I'm feeling tremendously better. My throat is still sore, but over all, I feel great. :3
