The Apartment and Kittie's room.

Not much happened today, so I thought I would take this time to explain/show the lay out of the Apartment, everyones' rooms, and how much of the apartment is taken up by Kittie's shit. Which is a lot, let me tell you.

That is the layout of the entire apartment. The room sizes are as follows.

Kittie's Room ~about~ 11x11
Apple+Betta's ~about~ 9x8
Dora+Ember's ~about~ 8x7

Now, Kittie's dimensions are not as accurate as they should be. Those measurements are just for the main part of her room, and do not include her two closets, or the vanity/sink area, or her personal bathroom. The same goes for the other two rooms, its the dimensions minus the closets.

Here is a break down of how Kittie's room is laid out. The Key is to the left, but I'd like to break it down further, I'm sure you all won't mind. <3

1. Her Mini Fridge. She's had it for the entire time I've known her. The top of it holds all her fruit and snacks and stuff. Inside she has most of her sodas and super expensive juices her mom buys her.
2. Her Dresser. It's giant, and it's "special" because it "has a light on the top under the glass that lights up!" Though she never uses it. It holds mostly the clothing she never wears, her underthings, and bedding.
3. The nightstands. She has THREE of them. Why? No idea. But I have noticed a theme with her and night stands. There used to be two more of them in the living room, but we had her mom take them home because they were useless.
4. Her desk. She has one in the living room too, but for some reason she needed a second one for her room.
5. Bookshelf. Full of Manga and old art books.
6. Another bookshelf, but her mom converted this into her "pantry". It has a bunch of food on it that Kittie will never cook for herself.
7. Litter Boxes. She keeps them in her closet.

Besides the items listed above, she has a bed, TV, and a giant fuckin' easel for painting that is against the wall between her dresser and mini fridge. The bed, as you might notice from the diagram, is a giant fuckin' bed. That's because its a Queen.

She's one person.

In the biggest room.

On a QUEEN bed.

Here is a break down for the common space of the house. I didn't put a Key on this picture, so I'll just tell you what everything is. <3 It's color coated to show you what items belong to which person.

Kittie = Purple
Apple/Beta = Pink
Dora/Ember = Green

1. A giant Chair with attached ottoman. Kittie's.
2. Another nightstand/end table. Kittie's.
3. A very uncomfortable futon. Kittie's.
4. TV stand. Kitties.
5. TV. It's technically mine.
6. DVD tower. Beta's.
7. Another end table. Kittie's.
8. A giant useless round chair, it fits nowhere. Kittie's.
9. Desk chair. Kittie's.
10. The other desk. Kittie's.
11. A night stand. Filled with our D&D stuff. Dora's.
12. Dining room table and chairs from Ikea. Piece of crap, breaking even though they got it only 3 months ago. Kittie's.
13. Another end table or sorts. It hold a bunch of artwork that Kittie made. All of it is super creepy and death-like. She's a kinda messed up girl, to tell the truth. There is a plate, fork, knife, and spoon set of art work. They are like... painted white then she sharpie'd weird drawings and sayings on them. Like, "Tear. Rip. Rend. Cut to the bone. <3" or "Death looks sweet..." and other things like that. >0> Anyways. This display is useless and just takes up space.

Also, that spirally thing in the middle? It's our Christmas tree. XD Still milkin' it. <3

As you can see, most of the furniture is Kittie's. Because... "she was there first". When her mom came to visit after we rearranged the common space so it was more open, she started freaking out and yelling at us, asking if we were going to pay for new furniture when the futon and chair burned down. We asked what she meant, and apparently she was flipping out because we put the futon near a heater vent.

I will point out that the giant round useless chair used to be so close to that heater vent the heater and the chair were making love. And that chair never burned down. We told her that, and she still told us we'd have to pay for the new furniture, and this was "expensive" furniture.

Beta and I talked about it later, and find it stupid. For one reason, who buys brand new expensive furniture for a college apartment?! Idiots, that's who. I'm sure plenty of you, my fabulous readers, are either college students, or young adults, and I'm positive a good majority of you have either second hand furniture, or you're parents old furniture, right? I know when we move out, it's all gonna be old pieces of crap, and that'll be perfect.

Kittie is a 20 year old college student. She doesn't need expensive furniture.

But seriously, all I ever hear out of either her or her mother's mouth has too do with money, or the worth of something. "This chair cost $300s!"

WHO THE FUCK BUYS A THREE HUNDRED DOLLAR CHAIR FOR THEIR KID?! I KNOW I WOULDN'T!

...................................................................................................

Anyways. On to the Kitchen...

Simple. All the dishes, which are by the way made of heavy glass, [and again, who buys glass dishes for a college apartment?!] all belong to Kittie. So do the silverware, Tupperware, mixing bowls, appliances, pots and pans, rice cooker, microwave, microwave oven, other utensils and coffee machine (which Mamabitch never cleans before leaving so it molds and I have to clean it)... all belong to Kittie.

The only things that belong to me are a "brain" jello mold and a Ninja Turtle cake pan. 8D

On to the Laundry room.
As you can see in the first diagram, the water heater is in the laundry room. Between the laundry room and the washer is a closet rack Mamabitch somehow fit in there. There is a rack above the W/D that holds all the laundry soap. Kittie has her own soap and softener, so do Dora/Ember and Me/Beta. Then there are a shit ton of cleaning supplies, which are Kittie's.

And that's about it for Kittie's room and the main part of the Apartment. I'm super tired, and there really isn't anything I can think to add. So I think it's time for Apple's to get Beta off the ottoman chair and into our room for bed time.

Again, feel free to ask me questions, or just leave comments. It's kinda nice to know I'm not just talking to myself out here on the internets, so please, do post a hello at least. <3

All my Angry Love,
Apples.

PS. In addition, most likely I'll break down Mine/Beta's room and Dora/Ember's room in the future some time. When I feel like it, of course. <3

  1. Kittie sounds like she's a little on the depressed side. ..Still, what in the world does she have to be depressed about with a mother who does everything for her and free reign over an entire flat and its three other tenets? Seems strange.

Haha, I wanna see this brain jello mold and TMNT cake pan. That's the kind of fab awesome kitchenware I'd wanna surround myself with, never mind giant ass glass plates and such.

  2. She freaking owns that place. D:

And eh, me and boyfriend got everything new (but from ikea) for our student apartment, but we shacked up together instead of rooming in a dorm. ...I guess it doesn't count, then. >__>

  3. @Anon. She's just a weird girl. She has very little social skills. I remember one time I was with her and she got butt-dialed by someone. She held an awkward conversation with this person for two minutes, just repeating "I can't believe you but dialed me, that's too funny, I'll have to tell my mom. I just can't believe it." It was obvious the person was trying very hard to get off the phone, but Kittie didn't catch those cues.

And I will at some point in the near future make that Jello Brain for your viewing pleasures. :3

@Galiemme: She thinks so too. Cause "she was there first". :/
Even if you guys got all new things.. they were IKEA. Which is cheap, and decent. The giant round chair is apparently a lazy boy or some really high up brand. >o<

  4. Actually, she pays less than we do. For the first three months, I payed $800s for our room, while she paid $350 for her master bedroom.

She wanted to pay only $220 for the master when the girls moved in, and make Beta and I pay $440 for our room, and the girls pay the same for the smallest room.

The four of us obviously were not happy with that arrangement, so now every room pays a third of the rent. Beta and I split the third, and so do Dora and Ember. But technically, we're paying more for less space.

I know I'm a bitch. I'm okay with that. I'm writing this because it's either I be a bitch on the internet, or I do some damage in real life. Simple as that. I know where and how to direct my anger so I don't hurt people around me.

  5. Okay, I can concede. If she's paying less then yeah that's pretty brutal. I still don't think that her furniture and whatnot in her room is your business though. I mean, who cares if she has expensive stuff, her choice really. Trust me, I know all about horrible living situations and yours does sound bad xD Anyway, we're all bitches really. That also sounds like a lot total for an apartment that small D: that sucks.

  6. It is an expensive apartment. That's why I can't wait to get out. I've wasted so much money living here, mostly because there was supposed to me 4 of us from the start, but the 4th room mate backed out when we went to sign the lease, and Kittie decided for us that it was only fair that we pay two thirds of the rent, even though we were only using one room.

I mostly wanted to share how her living area is situated because of a post for the future. :3 All in good time, my dear. ^ ^

  7. Well then I will wait. Like I said, this blog is quite entertaining and I can definitely emphasize with you. Oh, and you said you and Beta are into art. Do you guys have deviant accounts? I'd love to check it out. :)

  8. I do. But at this moment I prefer to not disclose that information because Kittie Watches my DA, and I don't want to connect anything to the blog right now. ^ ^ Once I've moved out and deleted her from everything, then I'll give it out, as well as link to my other blog.

  9. Well that would be excellent. I'm also trying to find a new place to live with my bf and jeez it's tough. I hope you find somewhere nice!
